Statistical Analysis of Management Decisions

Using regression analysis, we can statistically show how different decisions affect output or expenses in your business.  We take different variables and can compare them with other variables in congruence with each other to determine which ones are driving the output shown as a percentage.  For example, if a company has two variables, such as number of hours worked and  total number of jobs - we can compare that against overhead and as a percentage to show which variable drives over head cost the most.  the output would say, as an example still, 35% of the variation in overhead costs can be explained from hours worked and 75% from the number of jobs.  Information from this then can be applied to new management decisions as a guide and aid in determining and controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
